It was a very simple day.
The kids and I sent Daniel off to work just like any other normal day.
Then he returned home for a wonderful lunch he planned.
Followed by some school time cuddled on Dad's lap.
And then time playing sweetly.
Later that night some sweet friends of ours watched the kids while we went out for dinner and enjoyed a gift card given us for our special day.
It was a very sweet day.
Eight years well spent. =)
