You might remember my post about leaving for Nebraska.
It was a great week. We saw lots of family and had a wonderful time resting at the lake. My dad, who lives in NE, took his camper to the lake and set it up for us. It was very nice. We are typically tent campers, so this was like staying at the Hilton! It was nice to be able to stay comfortable since we were visiting with family so often and had a wedding to attend.
The beach we swam at:
We were the only ones there most of the time. If you kind of squinted, you could make yourself think you were at the beach... for a lot less money =)
Daniel buried Alli...
Jordan jumped in to help...
Judah, too...
Judah, decided he'd take a turn...
The finished masterpiece...
Alli climbing out...
Judah climbing in...
Oh, look! We have another child... her name is Jordan =)
Jordan opted out of the being buried process. But she sure is cute here on this step.
This was our home for the week:
It was a nice change of pace.
Here was our little hang out place:
We all enjoyed reading, writing, cooking, playing games and talking there.
The chickens we hauled around with us =)
They are now dead. A dog ate them after we got home. Yeah, that's what I thought.
My little dish washers in action:
Headed home:
10 hours.
It was a wonderful, relaxing week. Aren't they just too cute =)
