On Days Like Today...

... I'm happy we don't take snow days.

For us, when it's cold and we're stuck inside, it's the best time to learn. There's nothing else to do ; - ) But, on days like today, when the weather is absolutely amazing... we can find all sorts of things to do.

Like kiss that dirty little face, I love;

or watch that big girl, walking tall.

Have snowball fights in shorts;

 while admiring their "sisterly love".

Watch little hands exploring;

 and adore big kid creations,

See all the signs of what was.

Watch kids being goofy and unashamed;

while laughing because I know she thinks she can do it all too. =)
